Customer Support and Demo Representative

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree that includes a course in accounting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Your Role as a Customer Support and Demo Representative

In this entry-level position, you will play a critical role in our client engagement efforts. You will provide extensive support to existing clients, helping them resolve inquiries and issues with our software. You will also onboard new clients and conduct demonstrations that highlight the functionality and benefits of our platform.

Compensation

Salary range: $50,000 – $90,000, including commission

• Additional commission based on successful conversions
