Property Matrix offers web-based property management software solutions (the “services”). For questions

All financial and billing information that we collect is used solely to bill for our services. Property Matrix uses
a third-party credit card processor to assist us in processing customer payments. This processing partner is
not permitted to store, retain, or use the personally identifiable information provided, except for the sole
purpose of credit card processing.

Deletion of Facebook User Data
If you've integrated your Facebook account with Property Matrix and wish
to remove this data, you will need to contact our support team for assistance.
Please follow these steps:
Compose an Email: Open your email client and create a new email.
Recipient: Address the email to support@propertymatrix.com.
Subject: Use the subject line Request to Delete Facebook Data.
Body: In the email body, clearly state that you wish to delete all Facebook data associated with your Property Matrix account.
Make sure to include any relevant details such as your account username or the email address associated with your Property Matrix account.
Send the Email: Once you've completed the above steps, send the email.
Confirmation: After sending the email, you will receive a confirmation from our support team. They may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
Follow Further Instructions: Comply with any further steps provided by our support team
to complete the data deletion process.
Completion: Once your request is processed, you will receive a final confirmation email stating that your Facebook data has been
successfully deleted from Property Matrix.
